The second step in all surgical procedures. Having an unclamped (no Clamped Bleeding surgical incision will cause 0.7% Blood Loss per second for each incision, and having a surgical incision without Analgesia or another sedation method ( Unconsciousness or Anesthesia will cause 2% Traumatic Shock per second for each incision.
